Air Rotary Water Machine (ARW)

The ARW-1 is an air powered rotary motion with simultaneous water flush tube cleaning machine suitable for cleaning tubes from 6.4mm to 400mm I.D.'s. There is a choice of two Air Motors; the 4AM delivers up to 1.3 Kilowatts (1.5 HP) and the 6AM delivers up to 3.0 Kilowatts (4.0HP). Speed may be varied 300 to 3000 rpm with a corresponding variation in torque. This machine has a combination air filter, pressure regulator and air lubricator fitted to the air inlet side of the machine. Filtered air at supply pressure is fed to the foot controller via quick couplers upon operation the foot control supplies air to a pilot operated water valve and the air motor supply valve.

The air powered motor drives a flexible shaft and cleaning head, which is fed through the tubes by the operator. Water is supplied to the cleaning head through the flexible shaft and the debris, removed by the cleaning tool, is washed forward.

The cleaning tools consist of Nylon, Brass, Steel, Spingrit Brushes, Flex Hone Scale Remover, and Bowed Wire Buffer Tools with or without Drill Bits. The machine has a tool storage box for the foot control and the tube cleaning tools. Root nuts are fitted in the base s o that the machine can be trolley mounted if so desired.

 

Air Mate Pellet Launcher

The AIR-MATE TM Pellet Launcher is used in the removal of contamination in hose, tube and pipe.

The AIR-MATE TM Pellet Launcher fires a foam pellet through hose, tube or pipe. This pellet is 20% larger than the internal diameter of the hose, tube or pipe to be cleaned. When propelled through the line, the pellet cleans and wipes the internal surface of the hose, tube or pipe, forcing the contamination out of the open end.

Pellets used in the AIR-MATE TM System will travel through 90-degree angles, "T" joints, coils, "U" tubes, ball and other straight through valves.

The AIR-MATE TM Pellet Launcher avoids the need for the costly dismantling of systems. Simply by disconnecting one end and firing the pellet through the disconnected assembly, the in situ system will be purged of contaminants.

Jiffy Tube Plugs

The Dri-Seal Jiffi-Plug of fers a new and inexpensive way to seal leaking heat exchanger tu bes safely, and with the minimum of fuss. The two components that make up the Jiffi-Plug (main body and a nickel plated expansion pin) are all produced from advanced polymer materials. This combination of materials together with the unique design of the products results in the ability to withstand temperatures of up to 150 ° C and working pressures of up to 300psig.
